1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, browsing, registering for, purchasing from, or otherwise using Street Cast Canada (“Street Cast Canada,” “Company,” “Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Studio Legal Pack and all incorporated policies (collectively, the “Terms”).
If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
2. PLATFORM STATUS & LEGAL POSITIONING
Street Cast Canada is a digital profile-hosting and talent visibility platform.
Street Cast Canada is NOT:
- A talent agency
- An employment agency
- A casting agency
- A manager or personal representative
- A payroll provider
- A producer or employer
- A guarantor of auditions, bookings, or work
Street Cast Canada functions solely as a technology and discovery platform that allows users to create profiles visible to casting professionals, production companies, photographers, studios, and advertising agencies.
All hiring and business decisions are made solely by independent third parties.
3. ELIGIBILITY & USER REGISTRATION
Users agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information, which may include:
- Legal name
- Contact details
- Date of birth or age category
- Photos, videos, reels, or audition media
- Skills, certifications, licenses, and experience
- Representation status
Users are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining login confidentiality
- All activity under their account
- Accuracy of submitted materials
Street Cast Canada reserves the right to suspend, reject, or terminate any profile for false, misleading, unlawful, or inappropriate content.
4. USER CONTENT, MEDIA RIGHTS & DIGITAL LIKENESS RELEASE
Users retain ownership of uploaded content (“User Content”).
By uploading content, you grant Street Cast Canada a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable, transferable license to:
- Host
- Store
- Display
- Reproduce
- Modify for formatting
- Promote internally
- Distribute for platform functionality
This includes use for:
- Profile hosting
- Search visibility
- Casting discovery
- Internal marketing
- Platform promotion
You warrant that:
- You own or control all submitted rights
- You have permission from all identifiable persons shown
- Your materials do not violate laws or third-party rights
Street Cast Canada is not responsible for unauthorized third-party copying, screenshots, downloads, or misuse.
5. TALENT DISCOVERY DISCLAIMER
Street Cast Canada does not:
- Procure employment
- Select talent
- Negotiate contracts
- Guarantee opportunities
Users acknowledge all interactions, opportunities, contracts, or disputes are solely between the user and third party.
6. MEMBERSHIP, SUBSCRIPTION, BILLING & AUTO-RENEWAL
Standard Membership
Street Cast Canada may offer annual membership for profile hosting and platform visibility.
Current baseline membership: $99 CAD/year (subject to change).
Membership may include:
- Searchable profile listing
- Visibility tools
- Industry database inclusion
Automatic Renewal By purchasing, users authorize recurring annual billing to their payment method on file unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Renewal occurs automatically on the membership anniversary date.
7. REFUND, CANCELLATION & CHARGEBACK POLICY Cancellation Requirement To avoid renewal, cancellation requests MUST be submitted via email to:
admin@streetcastcanada.com before renewal processing.
Strict No Refund Policy All payments are final and non-refundable, including:
- Memberships
- Renewals
- Featured upgrades
- Partial periods
- Inactivity
- Lack of auditions or bookings
Chargebacks
By purchasing, users agree:
- Billing terms were disclosed prior to purchase
- They will first contact Street Cast Canada regarding billing concerns
- Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in collections, account termination, and recovery efforts where legally permitted
8. FEATURED PROFILE UPGRADE TERMS
Featured placement may be offered as a premium visibility service.
Featured Profile Terms:
- May involve separate annual fees
- May renew automatically
- Does not guarantee bookings
- Is non-refundable unless legally required
Street Cast Canada reserves sole discretion over search algorithms, placement, and promotional visibility.
9. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
Users may not:
- Upload unlawful or deceptive content
- Misrepresent identity
- Infringe copyrights or trademarks
- Harass or exploit others
- Spam or solicit unlawfully
- Scrape, crawl, or automate extraction
- Reverse engineer platform systems
Violations may result in immediate removal, legal enforcement, and permanent bans.
10. PRIVACY POLICY
Street Cast Canada may collect:
- Personal identity information
- Contact information
- Billing data
- Device/IP data
- User-generated content
- Technical analytics
Information may be shared with:
- Payment processors
- Hosting providers
- Technical vendors
- Industry professionals through platform visibility tools
Street Cast Canada does NOT sell personal information.
Where applicable, Street Cast Canada aims to align with:
11. COOKIE & TRACKING POLICY
Street Cast Canada may use cookies, analytics tools, pixels, and tracking technologies for:
- Login authentication
- User experience
- Marketing optimization
- Platform analytics
Users may disable certain cookies through browser settings; however, functionality may be impacted.
12. CHILD PERFORMER / PARENT CONSENT POLICY
Minors may only participate with parent or legal guardian consent.
Parents/guardians are solely responsible for:
- Accuracy of submissions
- Media permissions
- Compliance with local laws
- Oversight of opportunities
13. AI, DIGITAL MEDIA & PROMOTIONAL USE DISCLAIMER Street Cast Canada may utilize AI-assisted technologies, automated categorization, profile enhancement tools, or search optimization systems.
Street Cast Canada does not guarantee AI accuracy.
Users acknowledge digital systems may categorize, display, or recommend profiles algorithmically.
14. DMCA / COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CLAIMS If you believe copyrighted material has been improperly used, submit written notice to:
admin@streetcastcanada.com Claims should include:
- Identification of protected work
- Alleged infringement details
- Contact information
- Good-faith statement
Street Cast Canada reserves the right to remove disputed materials.
15. ANTI-SCRAPING, DATABASE PROTECTION & PLATFORM SECURITY
Street Cast Canada’s database, infrastructure, branding, and systems are proprietary assets.
Strictly prohibited:
- Scraping
- Crawling
- Bulk downloading
- Automation
- Unauthorized copying
- Competitive exploitation
Violations may result in legal claims, injunctive relief, damages, and account termination.
16. TALENT VERIFICATION DISCLAIMER
Street Cast Canada does not independently verify:
- Identity
- Criminal history
- Licenses
- Credentials
- Professional claims
All users and industry professionals are responsible for their own due diligence.
17. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTION & CASTING RESPONSIBILITY
Street Cast Canada is not responsible for:
- Production conduct
- Safety conditions
- Payment disputes
- Casting outcomes
- Misrepresentation by third parties
All contractual and professional relationships are external to Street Cast Canada.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Street Cast Canada shall not be liable for:
- Lost income
- Missed opportunities
- Reputational harm
- Third-party actions
- Service interruptions
- Cyber incidents
Maximum liability shall not exceed fees paid by the user in the prior 12 months.
19. INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Street Cast Canada from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
- User conduct
- User content
- Legal violations
- Third-party disputes
20. ARBITRATION, GOVERNING LAW & CLASS ACTION WAIVER
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.

Users waive:
- Jury trial
- Class actions
- Collective claims
21. FORCE MAJEURE
Street Cast Canada shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
- Cyberattacks
- Internet outages
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Labor disruptions
22. INTERNATIONAL USER COMPLIANCE Users accessing the Platform outside Canada or the United States do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
23. POLICY MODIFICATIONS Street Cast Canada reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use following updates constitutes acceptance.
